Julianne Brock is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of combined experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. She has worked at several academic hospitals across the country and received her graduate education at The Ohio State University. She is also an alum of Willamette University in Salem, OR and Creighton University in Omaha, NE. Julianne joined Evolve Health in May 2022 based on her desire for making authentic connections with patients and her interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy and treating resistant depression. Based on her experience in Family Medicine, Julianne has witnessed the shortage of mental health resources in the US and the limited treatment options available for major depressive disorder. She is proud that Evolve Health is an exemplary healthcare organization, leading the way in psychedelic-assisted therapy by offering FDA-approved, Spravato for treatment-resistant depression and ketamine for major depressive disorder.

Julianne is the lead medical provider at the Evolve Health-Beaverton location. She provides compassionate support and education to patients and family members during their treatment sessions. Her passion is to help others find their innate value in themselves.

Julianne is a native Oregonian and is married with 3 children. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and baking.
