Jennifer Bray, MN, FNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. Before working at Evolve Health, she spent 18 years in the Emergency Department caring for humans of all ages with medical, traumatic, and psychiatric conditions.
She enjoys getting to know her patients, supporting them through their wellness journey, and providing them with a safe caring space to heal.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family (husband, two teenage boys, a Bordoodle dog, and an elderly Manx cat), foraging in the woods for edible mushrooms, fishing, and creating felt handicrafts and jewelry.
Evolve Health is an outpatient mental health clinic specializing in treating patients with major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression with Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, and ketamine infusions. We are a team of medical providers who are excited to offer a refreshing, innovative approach to medicine. We work collaboratively with your existing treatment team.
